Glass Projects Resource, Inc (GPR) was founded in 2005 by Vito John Germinario and Khalil Gabriel Rouhana. GPR rapidly grew to become the premiere glass and glazing subcontractor in Washington, DC and the greater metropolitan area. GPR currently performs design, engineering, fabrication, factory glazing, and field installation of custom curtain wall enclosure systems. GPR’s main office is in Sterling, VA with a full scale manufacturing facility in Berryville, VA.

GPR’s project portfolio covers a wide spectrum of glazing applications for both exterior and interior projects. In addition to classic curtain wall enclosures, GPR’s past and current projects cover specialty glazing work such factory glazed / unitized systems, blast rated window and curtain wall systems, exterior renovations, tenant fit-out, and special structures such as train enclosures, glass bridges, exterior rain screens, and breezeways.

The company’s overall strategy is to fill the need of owners, developers, and general contractors in the field of building enclosures and interior glazing projects.
